Upon closing your account, deposited funds less than €3/£3 will not be refunded and will go toward gaming charities of other similar projects.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 months will be charged a €5 fee on the 13^th month following a notification. The player has 30 days to login before the fee is charged. An account remaining inactive for 30 months will be closed and the operator will hold any remaining funds for a period of 5 years.

Conclusion

Guts is a solid brand and the sportsbook is the main focus moving forward. With a sportsbook first approach, bettors are in for a quality sports betting experience. The terms and conditions are straight forward, however, several of the rules are based on UK players versus the rest of the world. We recommend reading them carefully to determine what pertains to your jurisdiction. Odds are offered on a variety of sports, but the live section lacks some of the major sports. As this is a new product for the brand, the selection is expected to improve in time. We’d also like to see a loyalty program in place for sports betting customers as it seems to be available for poker only.
