Premier League: Sunderland vs West Brom preview
Sunderland have moved out of the relegation zone thanks to their great results in the last few weeks but their work can be undone if they lose against West Bromwich on Wednesday. The Black Cats snatched a draw at Manchester City before beating Chelsea, Cardiff and Manchester United in a string of unbelievable results that affected the title race as well. Sunderland are currently two points clear of Norwich, who occupy the last relegation spot, so if they grab the three points against West Brom they would seal their survival in the Premier League. West Brom are not safe either, but they have a very good goal difference compared to Norwich and they would probably be safe even if they lose at Sunderland. Coach Gus Poyet is keen to see his team seal their survival on Wednesday. “What we have done in the last four games is unique, incredible,” he said after Saturday's 1-0 win at Old Trafford. “A 'miracle' was the word I used a few weeks ago, and apparently every now and again it happens. We needed something amazing to happen for us and it's amazing that we got it. Now we are so close and, in front of our fans this week, I want us to finish the job.” Here are the odds for the match at Bet365: Sunderland win - 11/10 Draw - 11/5 West Brom win - 16/5
