Betfair, one of the largest online gaming operators in the UK market, has announced the opening of its largest technical center in Cluj, Romania. The establishment in Cluj employs 330 experts and is central to the group's strategy to concentrate on in-house product and operational development rather than rely on third party supplier agreements as Paul Cutter, Betfair's chief technical officer pointed out when he travelled to Romania for the official opening.

Obviously Betfair raise the activity on the eastern European market this company understand that this market have a good potential. Recently they also received a license for Bulgarian market, one of the few top online bookies to do that. And now this news for the software center in Romania which is great also.
