The Oscars are coming up and Playnow.com will accept prop wagers on the awards show from Canadian punters in Manitoba.
Regulator Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries will add to its list of gambling options in time to accommodate the 87th Academy Awards on Sunday.
“It's a great opportunity to capitalize on the excitement the entertainment and the thrill of watching the Oscars,” said a Playnow spokesman.
Spokesman Chris Fairclough said that "tens of thousands" have already registered to place their bets on the star studded event.

My favorite for the best film in special effects is Hobbit, and we will se how Marvel's film will be positioned.
