Bwin.Party's senior executive and group director for poker Jeffrey Haas has been appointed to the title of Chief International Officer of DraftKings.
Haas will manage DraftKings' international expansion process from its new London office.
DraftKings has recently been granted a gambling software and pool betting license from the UK Gambling Commission and intends to launch its product in the UK by the fourth quarter of 2015.
“Our expansion into the United Kingdom marks a milestone moment in the growth of DraftKings as we introduce our world-class product to new audiences,” Jason Robins, chief executive officer for DraftKings said. “We will add new sports and games to our burgeoning roster of offerings and further connect fans to their favorite teams and players.
“We also welcome the opportunity to forge new partnerships with leagues, teams and media outlets internationally as we have done with exceptional success in the United States.”
The company also has its eye on additional markets including Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

With the new license has been granted which will allow them a gambling software and pool betting in UK, Draft Kings really expand their business into the new directions and become one of the leading companies not only on Daily Fantasy Sport market. I guess the appointment of the new chief executive is related to the new markets that the company trying to conquer.
