France and Spain will both try to extend their unbeaten records when they clash in an international friendly at Stade de France on Tuesday. Before the 2014 victory, France had not beaten Spain since the 2006 World Cup. France are undefeated since their Euro 2016 final that they lost against Portugal in extra time. They recorded five wins and two draws since then and are leading their World Cup qualification group. Last week they secured a 3-1 victory in Luxembourg, preserving their three-point advantage over Sweden at the top of the group table.
