New Virtual Sports Games at Playtech

This year, software and gaming developer Playtech is planning to expand its virtual sports game's collection with a new fully simulated football game. The portfolio already features horse-racing, greyhound racing, velodrome and speedway. Tennis, basketball and trotting games are also announced to appear later this year, all featuring league and tournament and in-play betting. Elliott Norris, head of virtual sports at Playtech claims that their portfolio is currently the best in the industry, “the graphics are mind-blowing and we are the only company able to offer full sports simulations meaning that betting and gameplay are as realistic as possible”, sad Mr. Norris. Playtech utilizes graphics based on feature film motion capture technology when it comes to their virtual sports games, which are shot on location using professional athletes. Other features include realistic odds, an increase in betting options, multiple languages with local language commentaries and in-game branding.
