Arsenal will be looking to put together back-to-back Premier League victories when they host Swansea at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday. Last season the Gunners hammered Swansea 4-0 in the away league match after having secured a 3-2 victory at home. However, before that season Swansea had two consecutive wins at the Emirates Stadium and overall they have won three of their last six matches against the Gunners. The last four direct matches have produced three or more goals.
Arsenal grabbed a high-scoring 5-2 victory at Everton last weekend, but that score line was made possible by the fact that the Toffees had a player sent off on 68 minutes, when the Gunners were leading 2-1. This week Arsenal pulled through in the League Cup after a 2-1 extra-time victory over Norwich, with both goals scored by teenager Eddie Nketiah. Arsene Wenger rested most of his first-team regulars in midweek, so he will probably field the same starting eleven that defeated Everton last weeked. Santi Cazorla, Calum Chambers, Shkodran Mustafi, Danny Welbeck and David Ospina remain injured.
Swansea have lost four of their last five matches in all competitions and were knocked out of the League Cup by Manchester United on Tuesday. Last weekend they lost 2-1 at home against Leicester in the Premier League and dropped to 15th place. They have won just two Premier League games this season, but they did manage to hold Tottenham to a goalless draw in London last month. Martin Olsson picked up an injury in Tuesday's League Cup match and he will miss Saturday's game along with Kyle Bartley. Renato Sanches and Wilfried Bony are recovering but they might not be ready for first-team action yet.

My prediction: Arsenal to win 2-1.

I didn't saw the game but obviously that was a tough, tough Arsenal win, still the progress in their results compared to start of the season is obvious and I'm expecting...
I didn't saw the game but obviously that was a tough, tough Arsenal win, still the progress in their results compared to start of the season is obvious and I'm expecting to see Arsenal in the top 4 AT the end of the season. Swansea would probably fight for survival for one more season and this time could be unlucky for them.
