Reigning champions Leicester City will be looking to grab a second consecutive win when they face Bournemouth at Dean Court on Tuesday evening. Last season Bournemouth was one of the few teams that have not lost against the rampant Foxes, they drew 1-1 at home and 0-0 away. Leicester did manage to win at Bournemouth back in 2014, when both teams were competing in the Championship.
Bournemouth won just two of their last six league matches, but overall they have been doing a decent job this season, especially at home. They are six points above the relegation zone, but they will need to keep grabbing points in their home matches in order to ensure survival. Last weekend they lost 3-2 at Burnley, but the week before they completed an amazing fightback to beat Liverpool 4-3. Lewis Cook, Andrew Surman and Junior Stanislas will miss out through injury.
Leicester finally seemed to resemble last season's champions last weekend when they stormed past Manchester United to secure a 4-2 victory. Jamie Vardy scored a hat-trick and he might have regained the confidence that he had throughout the last campaign. That result lifted them four points above the relegation zone. Danny Drinkwater and Kasper Schmeichel are injury doubts for Claudio Ranieri.
Probable line-ups:
Bournemouth: Boruc - Francis, Cook, Ake, Daniels - Smith, Wilshere, Arter, Pugh - Afobe, Wilson
Leicester: Zieler - Simpson, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs - Mahrez, King, Drinkwater, Albrighton - Vardy, Slimani
My prediction: 2-2 draw.
