Deulofeu and Depay are both young and talented wingers which though are not consistent in their performances, yes that's not something so unusual at that age but you should be more up for the task when the club has spent some huge funds for you. It's a good option for Deulofeu to stay in England with Boro especially if he thinks that he could rejuvenate his Everton career, but anywhere with first team action will be good for so young player. I don't see the point for Everton to replace him with Depay because those two are identical players except for the mental aspect of course. Depay has great qualities but he should be more confident and that depends from his manager I think but Mourinho's don't looking like he would be willing to be patient with the Dutchman, but when he's confident he could fly...
