Manchester City will be looking to avoid an upset on Saturday, when they visit Championship-bound Fulham at Craven Cottage in London. Fulham need a miracle to rescue themselves from relegation this season, they should win at least five of their remaining seven Premier League matches and that seems quite unlikely since they only won four out of 31 so far. They have lost their last seven matches but they have scored in each of the last three, including the games against Chelsea and Liverpool. They have nothing left to lose at this point, and that's what could make them dangerous for the Citizens as manager Scott Parker and his players will try to prove themselves. Alfie Mawson and Marcus Bettinelli remain sidelined, but Andre Schurrle could be ready to play.
Manchester City have dropped to second place before the international break, they are two points behind leaders Liverpool but the Citizens have a game in hand. Pep Guardiola and his men played in the FA Cup quarter-finals before the international break and they secured a 3-2 victory at Swansea. That was their eleventh consecutive victory in all competitions, including the League Cup final triumph over Chelsea and the 10-2 aggregate thrashing of Schalke in the Champions League. Manager Guardiola has some injury worries in defence as Aymeric Laporte is the only fit central defender ahead of this match, while Fernandinho, Kevin De Bruyne, Benjamin Mendy and Fabian Delph are all injury doubts.

On paper that one looks to be an easy as you like for the City team against one of the weakest opponents they could face in the PL right now. Fulham maybe strengthen their defense a bit since the Scot Parker appointment but the results are still not there and it would of be some kind of a miracle if they manage to get anything from this game. My prediction is 1-3 (at least) for the visitors.
