An important match in the relegation battle will take place on Saturday when Hull City host Swansea at the KC Stadium. The two teams have already met twice this season and the Tigers prevailed on both occasions, first they won 2-0 away in the Premier League and then also won 2-0 at home in the FA Cup. Hull City have won four of the last six meetings against Swansea in all competitions, while the Swans claimed two victories during that spell. However, Swansea only managed to win twice at Hull since 1998.
Struggling Hull City are still hoping to survive in the Premier League for another season, they are in the relegation zone but safety is just four points away. They have lost three of their last six league matches, but they did manage to beat Liverpool 2-0 at home after claiming a goalless draw at Manchester United. They have not lost a home game since December, claiming four wins and two draws in all competitions since then. Last week they lost 3-1 at Leicester, an important result in the battle for survival. Manager Marco Silva has no less than nine players out injured, including Michael Dawson, Curtis Davies and Ryan Mason.
Swansea are five points above the relegation zone, but a defeat against Hull will drag them back in close proximity to the danger area. Last week they won 3-2 at home against Burnley, that was their third consecutive home victory in the Premier League. Their away for has been a lot worse lately, with two consecutive defeats after the surprising 3-2 victory at Liverpool in January. The Swans have scored at least one goal in five of their last six league matches. Nathan Dyer is out for the rest of the season, while Jefferson Montero, Ki Sung-yueng and Kyle Naughton are injury doubts ahead of this match.

Swansea have a good run lately and not that they could afford it the loss but certainly it was even more important for the home side. It looks that 9! teams should be worried about their PL future so this is a promise for the great relegation battle we could expect this season.
