Premier League: Zlatan Ibrahimovic in contract talks with Man United

Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has confirmed that he is currently discussing a new contract with the club. The 35-year-old forward's contract runs out at the end of the current season, but he has an option for another 12-month deal. He moved to Old Trafford last summer on a free contract after his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expired. Ibrahimovic has won the league title in Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and France and would like a similar achievement in England. The Swedish striker has been linked with a move across the ocean to a Major League Soccer club, but manager Jose Mourinho expressed his desire to keep the towering forward at Old Trafford.
