Serie A: Inter vs Napoli preview

Serie A leaders Napoli have a tough test on Sunday evening as they travel to Milan to face fifth-placed Inter at Giuseppe Meazza Stadium. Faouzi Ghoulam and Vlad Chiriches are injured, but striker Arkadiusz Milik has recovered and will probably get some minutes of play from the bench.
