The Future of Football Betting

The Future of Football Betting
The Betting on Football 2017 event recently took place in London, at Stamford Bridge. SBC News was in charge of organizing the event, during which BtoBet’s CEO, Kostandina Zafirovska, served as part of the Supplier CEO panel. The panel spoke on a variety of topics, with an imperative one addressing, ‘Why football betting is so central.’ With football being one of the most popular sports in the world, BtoBet took the time to express its thoughts on the current state of football betting, as well as what’s in store for operators, suppliers, and consumers in the future. The brand spoke on behalf of topics including, the popularity of the game and betting opportunity, next moves for sports-betting and in-play, the inclusion of technology and increased consumer-friendliness, and avoiding risks and conflicts with the implementation of a far-sighted gaming software provider. Zafirovska commented on the outcome of the event: "Today’s bettors are ever more demanding and are now cross-channel users. The key is to have the right tools available to, first, collect the data, and second, transform the raw stats into actionable information about a player. It means an operator can provide a tailor-made offer and a satisfying gaming experience, regardless of the channel that a player is using to arrive at the product offering. The Artificial Intelligence plays a central role in this process." Companies that participated in the event panel were in agreement on the difficulties of online and mobile betting in the iGaming business, and technology’s contributions to the industry of football betting.
