Maybe a pair of Ohio residents lost a lot of buy-ins on DraftKings and FanDuel and they tried to get back these amounts with this move at least this is my opinion....

Yeah, I think the fantasy leagues are part of the gambling industry. but everybody is allowed to join to a free league. If they wanted to risk their own money that's not the companies fault.
