French Ligue 1 football club OGC Nice has entered into a sponsorship contract with French online poker company Winamax.
Winamax will receive logo exposure on the team strip for the 2015-16 season beginning in August.
The company also has sponsorship arrangements with Olympique de Marseille and Girondins de Bordeaux.
Specific financial information regarding the 1-year sponsorship have not been disclosed but the deal is rumored to be worth a low six-figure sum.

Interesting deal between football club and poker company although this is not an exception nowadays. I believe this deal will be a good one for both sides although Nice is not amongst the top names in French league 1, but they are one of the teams who has a constant performance in France.
